Please stop by if you are lucky find it is open while walking around Okenuma Pond.
The bar is also open irregularly at night.
People who use the campsite often come to drink craft beers.

About
Junichi Kurita the manager of the lodge
Born in Chofu, Tokyo; moved to Urabandai in 2016.
Became caretaker of Azumagoya Lodge from 2022.
He cooks healthy home-cooked food with lots of vegetables.
He also likes to make cookies and other sweets.
He used to work at a guesthouse in Urabandai,
At that time, He hosted the Tokyo Olympics game dive gold medallist Tom Daley from the UK, served lunch to former Environment Minister Shinjiro Koizumi and his wife Christel Takigawa, and made coffee for actress Yoko Minamino at Azumagoya, which is pretty amazing.
His cooking works are also highly regarded by overseas travel agencies because of its wide range of options, from vegetarian menus to Muslim-friendly menus.
Currently, under the limited cooking conditions of a mountain lodge, he is doing his best to provide simple but enjoyable meals.
